Before the course, I was less confident, always trying to be someone else. I was shy and could not explore my strengths, always thinking that I am "so bad".

Before the workshops, I was always doubting, wondering whether I have any strengths. I was always looking at my weaknesses.

The most impactful takeaway is recognising what my strengths are and how it affects my life and interactions with others.

Before the workshop, I only had a general idea of what I'm good at. I struggle occasionally to reconcile my varying beliefs. For example, I don't find the need to make everyone happy yet I do really care about what others feel.

Now I have a better idea about my strengths and inclinations. I am still trying to better myself and apply my strengths.
