Self-Assurance
You have an inner compass and intuitively trust your instincts when deciding which action to take. Your colleagues trust you and rely on you to help achieve a better outcome.

Self-Assurance is similar to self-confidence. You have faith in your strengths, and you own your decisions. You know that you are able to take risks, to meet new challenges, to stake claims and, most important, to deliver.
You push your own limits and look for challenges, confident you will conquer them. But Self-Assurance is more than self-confidence. Not only are you sure about your strengths and abilities, you also trust your judgment.
When you look at the world, you know that your perspective is unique. You know that no one can make decisions for you because no one sees exactly what you see. No one can tell you what to think. They can guide. They can suggest. But you alone have the conviction to make decisions and act. Unlike some, you are not easily swayed by others’ arguments, no matter how persuasive they may be.
Trust your gut, and live life on your own terms.
